Overall size is roughly 120mm wide x 120mm deep x 170mm tall (to top of roof, 190mm to top of chimney).
The building has a removable second floor and roof for easy access.
The building is made of MDF with facial details made of Taskboard (a LDF material used by Architects).
Supplied in kit form, flat packed, needing assembly and painting. Any miniatures shown in images are for scale purpose only and not included.
